Improvements for this SeasonTram Club -- The Tram Club recently underwent an extensive remodeling project, the first in 15 years. Owner Bill Carter wanted to update the previous "Disco" feel to a more modern, apres ski setting (think earth tones, leather couches, less concrete). Housing 5,000 sq ft indoors and an additional 2,000 sq ft outside (including a new outdoor bar), the Tram Club features 12 flat screens, 3 projection screens, and all major sports packages.

Aerie Sushi Bar -- The Aerie Sushi Bar (on the top floor of the Cliff Lodge) was also renovated this summer, and now is open year-round. The Aerie Sushi Bar is also no longer a private club so the whole family can enjoy the extensive offerings, including a café menu with kid-friendly items like burgers and fries.

Local Recreation OptionsNon-ski activities include snowmobile tours, ice skating, snowshoe tours, swimming, shopping, live music, indoor and outdoor dining, the Adventure Lecture Series, massages, pedicures and manicures in the Cliff Spa, ski movies and much more.

Lift Ticket Pricing CommentsChildren 6 and under ski the chairs free (Tram upgrades are $15 per child/day but complimentary for children of Snowbird lodging guests) and children 7-12 years of age ski for $29/day on the chairlifts (Tram access costs $10 extra). The Alta Snowbird Pass is $85 day, $80 for 3-4 days and $75 for 5-plus days.
Rental CommentsEquipment for all ability levels is offered in our rental shops including snowboards, shaped, powder and telemark skis. Snowbird's state-of-the-art repair shop offers stone grinds, tune-ups and repairs with overnight service available.
