Mount Washington Alpine Resort An average of 33 feet of snow in a season, many glades, beautiful views of the Gulf Islands, the mainland mountains, the Pacific Ocean and comfortable temperatures add up to a most unique skiing adventure. Atmosphere is warm and friendly with locals more than willing to show off secret powder stashes. Kid friendly, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is a perfect playground for little rippers and their families. For the experts, we have a new dual load and dual unload quad chairlift, called the Boomerang, that accesses 400 acres of advanced terrain on the North side of Mount Washington.
