Squaw Valley USA is hosting new world-class ski programs and events in honor of two milestone anniversaries. This winter marks 60 years since Tahoe’s premier ski resort, Squaw Valley USA, opened to the public and 50 years since the 1960 Squaw Valley Winter Olympics—the first to be held in the American West. Located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Squaw offers 4,000 skiable acres spread across 6 peaks, 16 open bowls and 3 terrain parks, with the most advanced lift network in North America and some of the deepest snow in the world.
