Sunshine Village, AB

Sunshine Village Sunshine Village is located 8 km (5 miles) west of the town of Banff and with the best snow in the Canadian Rockies - almost three times the amount of natural snowfall as our major competitor, Sunshine Village skiers and boarders always have a better opportunity to enjoy fresh powder snow. On average, Sunshine Village receives 33 feet of soft natural snow per year. With so much natural snow, Sunshine Village has no need for artificial, man-made snow. You'll feel the difference.
